Awesome Product, the Valor guard features a unique screen and solid build, attaching securely to the front of the gutter and facia board for added durability. The setup process went smoothly. They tackled several problems related to poor pitch and leaks. Plus, they offered some clever fixes for tricky roof lines. After two rainstorms post-installation, my gutters are functioning better than ever. The sales rep was friendly and not pushy; he checked in a couple of times with the production manager to make sure they could meet my requests. The only downside was their pricing approach. The initial quote was more than three times what I ultimately paid. Be ready to haggle and gather several quotes from different companies. I got six estimates and chose GG, which was in the middle range. I had a good feeling they would meet my needs, and it turned out even better than I had hoped.

Service was excellent, the team showed up prepared and finished the task in just 2.5 hours. Everything looked great. However, I wasn't too pleased that I was informed they would arrive in 2 hours, but it actually took around 6 hours, and that was only after I made two calls.

I'm happy with how things turned out. Just one individual handled the task, and he did a solid job.

I was informed the company would begin work at 9:00 AM, but they didn’t arrive until 12:30 PM. Nobody reached out to let me know when they’d be there or that they were delayed. I gotta give props to the two technicians who showed up; even with the rain pouring all day, they kept at it and finished the job around 7 PM. I was also promised a warranty email, and here we are on Friday, and I still haven’t received it. Plus, I see I can’t submit this review unless I sign up for some Trustpilot account that I really don’t want!

The sales team came over, took measurements, and provided me with a quote right then and there. We haggled a bit and set up the installation for later that week. The crew showed up on time, looking sharp and tidy. They wrapped up the job in about 4-5 hours, tidied up after themselves, and then left. It was a smooth experience, and I’d definitely suggest them to anyone needing gutter installation.

These folks really know what they're doing! The guards were put in place just two days after we signed the contract. I had two homes taken care of, and once the work was finished, I noticed the solar charger for the security camera was dangling and flapping in the breeze. When I brought it up to the supervisor, they promptly returned to fix it. I'd definitely hire them again!
